MADD Canada is currently calling on the federal government to establish and enact a National Victims' Bill of Rights. It would include fundamental principles for the victim, such as the right to be kept informed of all proceedings and the right to be present and to be heard at every stage of the judicial process. MADD Canada wants all victims to be treated with dignity and respect.
